Some like my 10/22 will do better with Wolf Match Target but it costs about twice what the CCI does. The last CCI Std. Vel. I think the 6 7/8 would probably give you more accuracy shooting iron sights as it gives a longer sight radius, but if you're mounting an optic to it, that won't matter. My Ruger MKIII Hunter would get pretty dirty. I would shoot at least 1500 rounds before tearing it down for a deep clean. I purchased a 22/45 Lite MKIII to shoot in the Challenge, but it will not run 100% reliability no matter what I do or what ammo I shoot. A very frustrating gun. The 22/45 has the poly lower with the fixed, non interchangeable grips.
